Description : Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 28 February 2022, until 17:00 on 27 March 2022, is to impose a temporary no-waiting restriction on both sides of Mastrick Road, Aberdeen, from no. 37 to Willowpark Crescent, both sides of Willowpark Crescent from no. 116 to no. 25, both sides of Willowpark Road from Willowpark Crescent to Willowpark Place.

The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owner’s expense.

The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ACC street lighting column upgrade works.
